Clare went on to form her own film production company, Clare Chun Productions LLC.
Director’s statement:
I produced, directed, wrote and acted in four films; my films aren’t afraid to address oppressive systems in humorous and provocative ways.
Stories that speak to me the most are those with strong female leads who somehow triumph in a world where all the odds are stacked against them.
Clare won multiple awards internationally for her films including Cannes film festival for her 4th animated film Shelter in Place. Clare is in development of two more films.
