Murrow Hall of Achievement

Since 2007, the Hall of Achievement at the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication has honored and recognized outstanding accomplishments of alumni and those impacting the Murrow community. In 2023, Murrow College expanded this recognition to include a service category in addition to our alumni awards.

The Hall of Achievement recognizes Murrow alumni who have made a significant contribution to a specific field or industry, community service, or involvement with Murrow College (since graduation, currently, or for a period of time). For the service award, Murrow recognizes individuals who have made a meaningful and profound contribution to the Murrow Community, creating a legacy of impact and inspiration.

Hall of Achievement inductees will be celebrated in person during the 50th Annual Murrow Symposium, tentatively scheduled for April 7-8, 2026. With limited exceptions, inductees are expected to attend the Murrow Symposium in person to receive their award.
