Michelle has over 30 years of experience in professional communication and 10 years in student success. She worked in both the public and private sectors as a marketing and communications professional before transitioning to higher education, serving as an instructor and division chair at North Idaho College and later as the director of the Program Leading to University Success at Eastern Washington University. Since 2004, she has taught courses in public relations, digital content and promotion, and strategic communication. Michelle currently serves as the communication chair on the executive committee for the PRSA Educators Academy.
