Caryn Ragin

Caryn is an attorney, public servant, and community advocate practicing in Washington State. Her legal work spans real-property, estate-planning, and civil-litigation matters, where she represents individuals, families, and small business owners in both advisory and contested proceedings involving housing stability, asset protection, and the enforcement of property rights. She regularly appears in state courts handling landlord-tenant disputes, property conflicts, and related civil actions.

She currently serves on the Tacoma Community Redevelopment Authority, helping oversee public investment in affordable housing and small-business support.
