Jaimee L. Fox is a seasoned communications leader with more than 14 years of experience in strategic communications, change management, and internal engagement. As Corporate Communications Director at Thesis, a Portland-based creative agency, Fox leads communications, shapes the brand narrative, and fosters a high-performance culture.
Before joining Thesis, Fox was the Senior Internal Communications Manager at Panorama Global, where she built and scaled the company’s internal communications infrastructure and managed employee engagement initiatives.
Fox began her career in local government, where she directed countywide campaigns, coordinated community events, and drove equity-focused initiatives to address workforce challenges and promote inclusivity.
An active member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Fox currently serves on the PRSA Oregon Board, overseeing membership growth and retention.
Fox holds a Master of Arts in Public Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Washington State University. She is also an Accredited Public Relations professional through the Universal Accreditation Board.
Fox resides in Vancouver, Washington, with her husband, Jamal, and their two children, Jamal Jr. and Jordynn.
