Murrow Hall of Achievement

Since 2007, the Hall of Achievement at the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication has recognized alumni and supporters whose accomplishments, leadership, and service have made a lasting impact on their professions, communities, and the Murrow community. In 2023, the college expanded the program to include a Service Award, honoring individuals whose dedication has created a meaningful legacy of impact and inspiration.

The Hall of Achievement recognizes Murrow College alumni who have distinguished themselves through professional achievement, leadership, community engagement, or service to the college. The Service Award honors individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the Murrow community through mentorship, advocacy, philanthropy, partnership, or leadership.

Hall of Achievement inductees will be recognized during the Murrow Family Reunion, the kickoff event for the 51st Murrow Symposium, on March 30, 2027. With limited exceptions, inductees are expected to attend the symposium in person to receive their award.

Nominations are open through Sunday, October 25, 2026. Help us recognize individuals whose achievements and service exemplify the values and excellence of the Murrow community by submitting a nomination today.
