Jacob started his journey in storytelling with a iPod nano camera and a desire to capture the moments around him. Fast forward to Clark Community College in the spring of 2016, and becoming the school paper’s Multimedia Editor rocketed him into another world. Later that year he journeyed to Pullman to join the epic folks here at Murrow and studied Journalism and Media Production. Cable 8 became an amazing opportunity at WSU as well, where Jacob and his now wife, Bailey, directed an Emmy Award-winning show in 2017. Since then, Jacob has worked as a documentary journalist, non-profit filmmaker, and most recently is diving into marketing for a manufacturer in Vancouver, WA. In addition to being behind the script and camera, Jacob loves serving with his church and being a dad to his two boys, with another baby coming in June.
