Marcia Steele Hoover is a strategic communications consultant focused on transformational change communications. She spent the majority of her career building and leading high-performing, cross-functional marketing communication teams across NIKE’s 75,000+ employees, external partners and investor community. She currently owns Chamberlain Consulting, LLC, an independent consultancy providing strategic counsel and advisory services to clients around the globe.
She is a graduate of the Murrow College of Communication at Washington State University. She also the Chair of the Murrow Professional Advisory Board and is co-chair of the Murrow Mentoring Program.
In her spare time Marcia is as passionate about the outdoors as she is her work. Golfing, hiking, biking, skiing, swimming and speed walking are just a few of her favorites. Marcia and her husband Thomas reside in Portland, Oregon.
